He offers a thoughtful, compassionate space where individuals can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what feels overwhelming or stuck. At the heart of his work is the belief that therapy is not about fixing a person, but about understanding helping clients develop insight, emotional clarity, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
He works with adults navigating through depression, anxiety, emotional distress, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, trauma, and major life transitions.
Akshansh works from an integrative therapeutic framework. His practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Rational Emptive behaviour therapy (REBT) while being deeply informed by existential, psychodynamic perspective, and a trauma informed approach. This allows him to balance practical tools with depth oriented exploration, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs rather than applying a one sizes fitss all model.
