  • Role-based access for internal teams
  • Regular system monitoring and logging

We do not store unnecessary personal identifiers unless required for safety, payments, or legal compliance.

Anonymity by Design

  • Users interact using pseudonyms
  • No real names are required for participation
  • Conversations are not publicly visible
  • Internal access to sensitive data is strictly limited

Monitoring & Safety

Euonia uses a combination of AI-based pattern detection and human moderation to identify:

  • Self-harm indicators
  • Abuse or harassment
  • Crisis-level language

When necessary, sessions may be escalated to trained professionals following predefined safety protocols.

Important: Euonia is not an emergency service. We cannot replace hospitals, psychiatrists, or crisis hotlines.
