1. Our commitment
Euonia is built anonymous by default. You do not need to share your real name to use our peer support spaces, journaling, or mood check ins. We collect the minimum information required to keep the platform safe and working.
2. Information we collect
Account information: an email address or phone number used only to create and secure your account, plus a display name of your choosing which does not need to be your real name.
Usage information: basic app activity such as which spaces you join, so we can improve matching and moderation quality.
Content you create: journal entries and messages you send inside spaces. Journals are private to you.
3. How we use your information
To operate the app, match you into suitable spaces, provide professional supervision and moderation, respond to safety concerns, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private journal entries for advertising.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform, and with authorities where we are legally required to do so or where there is a credible risk to life.
5. Data protection and your rights
We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
6. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or to meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data.
